401.2 Unauthorized: Logon Failed
This error indicates that the username password combination passed to the server are incorrect. This can occur either when initially signing on or after a period of 35 minutes of inactivity.
Please verify that you have used the correct Username and Password to access R-Tools®. (Note: Username and Password are both case sensitive.) R-Tools® has a timeout period of 35 minutes if you have not access information on the server in the last 35 minutes try restarting your session.
